Totally get where you’re coming from. I tried the “I’ll just pay extra” route and, yeah, life happens—car repairs, random expenses, you name it. Sometimes locking in a higher payment is the only way I actually stick to the plan. Structure really does help, even if it feels a bit restrictive at first.
