Had some real trouble with my mortgage servicer lately, and after a bunch of frustrating calls, I finally figured out a decent way to get heard. First, document everythingβdates, names, what was said. Then file a complaint directly through the CFPB website (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). They actually follow up pretty quick. Anyone got a simpler or faster method?

Good tips, documenting everything definitely helps. Another thing I've found useful is reaching out through their social media channelsβTwitter especially. Companies hate negative public attention, so sometimes they respond quicker there. Ever tried that route?
