So my mortgage servicer keeps messing up my payments. They applied my last two payments late even though I paid on time, and now they're charging me late fees. It's driving me nuts, honestly. Has anyone else had to deal with something similar? How'd you handle it?

That's frustrating... had something similar happen last year. Document everything - screenshots, emails, bank statements - and escalate it to a supervisor. Took some persistence, but eventually got the fees reversed. Hang in there.
