Refinancing my mortgage saved me big time, anyone else had luck?
I refinanced with a HARP loan a couple months back, and honestly, it's been a lifesaver. Lower payments, less stress...you know the deal. Curious if others found refinancing worth the hassle or had different experiences?

The lower payments sound helpful, but did you calculate the closing costs and your break-even period before going ahead? A refinance can look great monthly and still take years to pay off those upfront costs, especially if you might move or want to put money into home improvements soon.
