Glad to hear it worked out for you. I had a client recently who went the DSCR route for a mixed-use property, and while it eventually closed, we hit some unexpected snags with appraisal values and rental income verification. Did you run into any appraisal hiccups or was your lender pretty flexible on that front? Seems like experiences can vary quite a bit depending on the lender...
