I've been looking into DSCR loans lately and honestly, it's driving me a bit nuts. Every site I check seems to have slightly different info about what's needed - credit scores, down payments, property types... you name it. Feels like I'm chasing my tail trying to pin down exactly what lenders want. Anyone else feeling confused or is it just me being dense here?

You're definitely not alone - DSCR loans can feel like a moving target. When I first started researching them, I thought I'd lost my mind too. Every lender seems to tweak their criteria slightly, so it's not you being dense at all. Best thing I found was to pick a couple of reputable lenders and talk directly to someone there. Websites are helpful, but nothing beats an actual conversation to clear things up... Hang in there, it does get easier.
