Seriously starting to lose my patience here... submitted all the paperwork weeks ago, jumped through every hoop they threw at me, and now it's just radio silence. Every time I call, it's "we're still reviewing your application" or "we'll get back to you soon." Um, define "soon," please? Feels like I'm stuck in some weird banking purgatory. Wondering if this is normal or if my bank is just especially slow. Anyone else dealing with this nonsense?
