When we were house hunting, I got overwhelmed fast with all the mortgage offers. One thing that helped me was making a simple spreadsheet with key numbers side-by-side (interest rate, fees, monthly payments). Sounds kinda nerdy, I know, but it really cleared things up. Curious if anyone else has a handy trick or shortcut they used when sorting through mortgage options...
