Yeah, the “taco money” thing made me laugh—been there. I’ve seen folks get tripped up by the weirdest requests, like explaining a $200 Venmo from three months ago. Honestly, I’m a bit skeptical about how much of it is really anti-fraud and how much is just box-checking. But you’re right, talking to an actual person helps. I once had a client who kept uploading the same doc over and over because the system never said what was wrong. One phone call, and it turned out they just needed a signature on page two... wild.

Yeah, the hoops they make you jump through are wild sometimes. I’ve had clients get flagged for stuff like a $50 PayPal from their grandma—like, really? I get the anti-fraud thing, but half the time it just feels like busywork for everyone. And those online portals... don’t even get me started. Nothing beats actually talking to a human who can just tell you what’s missing in plain English.
