I refinanced my mortgage about a year ago, thinking I locked in a pretty decent rate. But lately, I've been checking the news and seeing rates bouncing around like crazy. Now I'm kinda second-guessing myself... did I jump too soon? Or maybe I lucked out? Curious if anyone else is feeling this way or has any gut feelings about where rates might head next.
