Seriously, just when I thought rates were finally easing up a bit, they're creeping back up again. Was hoping to refinance soon but now I'm not so sure... feels like every time I get close, something changes. Pretty frustrating tbh. Wondering if others are feeling the same pinch or am I just having lousy timing as usual?

Yeah, timing can be rough, but honestly, rates fluctuate constantly. Maybe instead of waiting for the perfect moment, focus on boosting your credit score? Could help offset the rate hikes a bit...
