Mortgage updates driving me nuts lately

Is it just me, or is trying to keep up with mortgage news getting kinda exhausting lately? Feels like every day there's some new headline contradicting yesterday's "expert advice." One minute rates are dropping, next they're skyrocketing, and I'm sitting here refreshing pages like a maniac. Honestly, it's starting to feel like watching a tennis match... back and forth, back and forth. Anyone else feeling overwhelmed by all this noise, or am I just overthinking it?

You're definitely not alone in feeling this way. Mortgage news has always been a bit volatile, but lately it's been extra chaotic. Honestly, it's not you overthinking; the market really is all over the place right now. I've found it helps to step back from daily updates and check in maybe once or twice a week instead. You'll stay informed without driving yourself crazy refreshing pages every hour... Trust me, your sanity will thank you later.

I get the logic behind stepping back from daily updates, but honestly, in a market this volatile, checking just once or twice a week might leave you playing catch-up. I've seen situations where rates shifted dramatically within a day or two, and missing that window can cost you big time. Maybe instead of obsessively refreshing every hour, set specific times each day to quickly scan headlines? Keeps you informed without the anxiety spiral...worked pretty well for me during the last market swing.

Yeah, setting specific check-in times each day is smart. I've seen clients stress themselves out refreshing constantly - it's just not sustainable. Quick morning and evening scans usually cover your bases without causing burnout...sounds like you're handling it pretty well already.
