Been working for myself for about 3 years now, and finally thinking about buying a place. But I've heard banks can be kinda picky when it comes to self-employed folks. Income fluctuates a bit, you know how it is. Anyone here been through this and got some advice or tips on making the process smoother? Just wanna avoid any nasty surprises down the road, lol.
