Honestly, I tried switching everything to Google Drive thinking it would solve the mess, but now I’ve got folders inside folders and still can’t find stuff when I need it. Sometimes I wonder if going old school with a printed checklist for court docs would be less stressful... At least then I’d know what’s missing at a glance.

Honestly, I get where you’re coming from. I tried to “organize” everything in Drive too, but it just turned into digital chaos. What actually helped me was printing out a basic checklist and taping it to my fridge. Not fancy, but at least I could see what was missing without clicking through a million folders. Sometimes the low-tech way just works better, especially when you’re stressed and need to keep costs down.

I get the appeal of a paper checklist, but for me, I worry about losing it or spilling coffee on it (which has happened more than once...). Digital chaos is real, but I found that setting up a color-coded spreadsheet in Drive helped—one tab for each step, with links to the docs.

I dunno, for stuff this important, having everything backed up feels safer. I’m just paranoid about misplacing the only copy. Maybe a mix of both is best?

Honestly, I get where you’re coming from—losing a paper checklist is the worst, and coffee seems to find its way onto everything important. I’ve seen folks do a hybrid: digital for backup, paper for quick reference. It’s not perfect, but it covers your bases. Whatever keeps you organized and sane during this mess is the right call.

Yeah, that’s pretty much the only way I’ve managed to keep my head above water when things get hectic. I’ve had court docs go missing because I relied on just one system—never again. I use Google Drive for everything important, but I still keep a folder with hard copies just in case. It’s a pain, but when you’re dealing with deadlines and court dates, redundancy is your friend. Coffee stains are just part of the process at this point...
