Switching jobs mid-mortgage process - risky move or no big deal?
Just heard from a friend that lenders sometimes re-check your employment status right before your mortgage closing date. Um, never knew that was even a thing. Kinda makes sense though, banks being banks. Curious if anyone's dealt with this firsthand?
