Honestly, never thought I'd be able to buy a house anytime soon, you know? But last month I closed on my first home thanks to an FHA loan. Credit wasn't perfect and savings were kinda meh, but the lower down payment and flexible requirements really made it doable. Still feels unreal tbh. Curious if anyone else here had a similar experience with FHA loans or other programs making homeownership possible when it seemed out of reach?
