I was chatting with a buddy the other day about financing options for an investment property, and he mentioned DSCR loans. Honestly, I'd never even heard of them before, but after some googling, it seems like they focus more on the property's cash flow than personal income. Sounds pretty appealing, but I'm still a bit fuzzy on how strict lenders are about credit scores or previous experience. Has anyone here gone through this process and can share how picky lenders actually were?
