waiting forever on this appraisal - is this normal?
I've seen appraisal delays like this a few times, but I'm wondering - does it vary much by region or market size? Around here, smaller towns seem quicker, bigger cities drag things out. Not sure if that's just my experience or if there's something to it... Curious if others notice the same pattern.
