Honestly, I'm not super savvy with financial predictions or anything, but it got me a bit nervous. I mean, if we wait too long, we might miss out on the current lower rates, right?
I remember my parents always talking about how they regretted waiting too long to refinance their place back in the day, and ended up stuck with a higher rate for years. Don't wanna make the same mistake, you know? But at the same time, I don't wanna rush into something without knowing what's really going on.
