Just wanted to share—finally closed on my first home yesterday using a Fannie Mae conventional loan. Process wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be, pretty smooth actually, and now I'm officially a homeowner (crazy, right?). Curious if others had similar smooth experiences or was I just lucky?
