Been casually house hunting for a few months now, and just when I thought rates might ease up a bit, they're creeping back up again. Kind of frustrating, you know? I'm wondering if it's smarter to hold off a little longer hoping they'll drop again, or just bite the bullet now before things get even worse. Curious what others think or have experienced in similar situations lately.
