RE: Exciting News for Future Homeowners!
I’ve watched so many clients try to “wait for the perfect moment.” Funny thing - one couple bought right before a rate hike, and they were nervous. But a year later, their home’s value went up and they refinanced. Timing...
RE: How H1B Visa Holders Can Qualify for a Mortgage
Title: How H1B Visa Holders Can Qualify for a Mortgage I hear you on the endless paperwork. Had a client last year who joked that the only thing they didn’t ask for was a blood type. The underwriter wanted every visa re...
RE: Finally found something that explains foreclosure clearly
That's really key, imo. I once had a client who came to me after their previous agent totally missed an easement clause - it wasn't even hidden, just buried in legalese. Made me wonder how often details slip by because f...
RE: CONFUSED ABOUT LOANS THAT DON'T FIT THE BOX

Haha, relatable. When we tapped into equity for our kitchen reno, I promised myself it'd be strictly cabinets and countertops... then somehow ended up with heated floors. Discipline is tricky when shiny upgrades are invo...
RE: Buying a house after bankruptcy - bigger down payment or wait it out?
I totally get where you're coming from. A few years ago, I worked with a client who was in a similar boat - fresh out of bankruptcy and eager to jump back into homeownership. At first, he was convinced that putting down ...
RE: How Much Value Does Your Stuff Really Lose Over Time?
Yeah, I've noticed this too. Had a client who poured money into a gorgeous kitchen remodel, but the appraisal barely moved. Yet, when selling, buyers couldn't stop talking about that kitchen... funny how that works.
