Just wanted to share some good news—we finally closed on our house yesterday! Honestly, we weren't sure we'd qualify at first... credit wasn't perfect and savings were kinda meh. But after jumping through a few hoops (paperwork galore, you know how it is), we got approved for a USDA loan. Pretty amazed at how smoothly it went overall. Curious if anyone else here had a similar experience with USDA loans or buying their first home?
