Balancing student loans and buying a house—what's your approach?

Haha, right? When I saw what they were willing to lend me, my first thought was, "Do these guys even know about my late-night Amazon impulse buys?" Seriously though, I'm in the same boat—still juggling student loans and just bought a place. Did anyone else feel like adulting leveled up overnight? Keeping things smaller and manageable was definitely the way to go for me too. Who needs extra rooms anyway... more space just means more cleaning, right?
