Saw this article yesterday about how younger generations are less likely to stick with one job or career path, instead jumping around and trying different things. Got me thinking...is keeping your options open a good strategy, or just a fancy way of avoiding commitment? Curious what you guys think.

I get the hesitation about jumping around, but honestly, isn't exploring different paths kinda necessary these days? Like when I started out, I thought I'd stick to sales forever...but trying different roles actually helped me find real estate. Maybe it's less indecision, more adaptation.

Good point about adaptation, but there's also value in sticking things out sometimes. I've seen people jump ship too soon and miss out on real growth. Curious, how do you tell the difference between adapting and just chasing the next shiny thing?

That's a tough one... personally, I try to weigh the long-term benefits against short-term excitement. If the new opportunity aligns with my core goals and values, it's probably adaptation. But if it's just appealing because it's fresh or trendy, that's usually a red flag for me.
