Been about a year since we decided to try out a reverse mortgage to help with retirement expenses. Honestly, at first I was pretty skeptical—felt kinda weird borrowing against our own home, you know? But it's actually been pretty helpful easing the monthly budget stress. Still, sometimes I wonder if we're overlooking any downsides.
