Navigating a short sale once foreclosure hits - my quick tip
Went through foreclosure last year, and man, it was rough. But learned something useful: even after foreclosure starts, you can sometimes still negotiate a short sale with the lender. Saved me from a bigger credit hit. Curious if anyone else tried this route?
