Just read this news story about a guy whose insurance claim got denied because of some vague underwriting detail he didn't even know existed. Apparently, he answered something slightly off on his application, and now they're refusing to cover his medical bills. Kinda scary how easily that can happen, you know? Makes me wonder how many of us actually understand what we're signing up for. Has anyone else seen this kinda thing happen before or had a similar experience?

Yeah, reminds me of when my cousin got denied coverage because he didn't disclose some random allergy medication he took ages ago. It's wild how tiny details can trip you up... definitely makes me double-check everything now.
