I've been casually looking at houses online for months now, and honestly, the whole process seems pretty overwhelming. Mortgages, inspections, closing costs... my head spins just thinking about it. A friend mentioned she went to one of those seminars for first-time buyers and said it helped her a ton. I'm kinda skeptical though—are they actually useful or just a sales pitch in disguise? Curious if anyone here has tried something similar and found it helpful or not really worth the time.
