Totally get where you’re coming from. The paperwork is wild—like, I swear I signed the same form three times just because someone needed it in a different color pen. The fax thing? Yeah, had to hunt down a UPS store for that one. It’s a pain, but honestly, once you’re through it, you realize it’s just part of the process. Worth it for the keys at the end, even if your hand’s cramped from all the signatures.

Honestly, I get that the keys at the end are a big deal, but for me, the paperwork was more than just a hassle—it made me question if I was missing something important. I kept double-checking every form, worried I’d overlook some fee or clause. Once, I actually caught a weird $200 processing charge that no one mentioned before. I know it’s “just the process,” but sometimes I feel like all the signatures and forms are there to trip you up if you’re not super careful. Maybe I’m just paranoid, but I’d rather be that than end up surprised down the line.

I get where you’re coming from, but honestly, I’d rather deal with a mountain of paperwork than risk missing something. I went through every line, too, and yeah, it’s tedious, but I caught a weird insurance add-on that would’ve cost me hundreds over time. Maybe it’s overkill, but I’d rather be safe than sorry. The process is a pain, but I think it’s there for a reason—even if it feels like a trap sometimes.

I hear you on the paperwork mountain—sometimes I think my desk is just a pile of forms with a coffee mug on top. But honestly, I’ve seen folks skip the fine print and end up with “pet insurance” for their houseplants or some other nonsense. It’s wild what sneaks in there. Ever run into a fee or clause that made you do a double-take? I once saw a “mailbox maintenance fee” buried in the HOA docs... who knew mailboxes needed so much TLC?

Mailbox maintenance fee—classic. I’ve seen “document prep fees” that were basically just someone hitting print. It’s wild how creative some of these charges get. Ever notice how some lenders sneak in a “processing fee” that’s just... vague? Makes you wonder what exactly is being processed.
