Been trying to wrap my head around all these new home buyer assistance programs popping up for next year, and honestly, it's starting to drive me a little nuts. Every website I check seems to have different info, and half the time the details are buried under a mountain of fine print. I mean, I get itβbuying your first home isn't supposed to be easyβbut does it really have to feel like decoding some ancient treasure map?
I talked briefly with a lender yesterday, and even they seemed confused about what's changing in 2024. Like, if the pros can't keep track, how are regular people like me supposed to figure it out? I'm just trying not to miss out on any good deals or grants or whatever else might help me save some cash.
Curious if other folks are feeling overwhelmed by this too or if I'm just overthinking it...
