When I bought my first house a couple years ago, I ended up going with an FHA loan mainly because of the lower down payment. It was a little stressful figuring out all the paperwork and requirements, but honestly it was worth it for me at the time. Curious if anyone else went through the FHA route and how it worked out for you?
