Mortgage rates bouncing around - economy or credit score?
Discussion options
Been kinda looking into mortgages lately, and I'm a bit torn... some folks say it's mostly down to your personal credit score - like if you've got great credit you're golden. But others keep saying it's actually the economy and bigger financial trends that matter way more, like inflation or whatever the Fed is doing. Um, honestly, I'm more confused than ever, haha. Which one do you guys think matters most when it comes to getting a decent mortgage rate?
