Turns out, it’s more like speed dating, but with way more paperwork and less free food.
- 100% agree, it’s a circus.
- National lenders gave me “cookie cutter” answers. Local folks actually explained the DSCR stuff, but their rates weren’t always better.
- Spreadsheet is smart—I started color-coding mine after the third ghosting.
- Snacks help, but I wish someone would just send coffee with those endless forms.
- Trusting your gut is key, but sometimes my gut’s just hungry and confused.
