anyone else having trouble figuring out if they qualify for deed in lieu?
I've been trying to get a straight answer about whether I can even qualify for a deed in lieu, and honestly, it's driving me nuts. Every site I check seems to have slightly different info, or it's buried under a mountain of legal jargon. I mean, I'm not a lawyer, you know? Just a regular person trying to sort out a messy situation. Curious if others are hitting the same wall or if it's just me being dense...
